专利说明:
[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic product based on water. [0002] As cosmetic makeup products such as eyeliners, eyebrow pencils, mascaras, those using liquid cosmetics are known. These make-up cosmetics have the cosmetic effect that an eye is made clearer and the eye's pupil appears to be larger when applied to the edge of the eye. The liquid cosmetic products that are to be used for such an application must have a characteristic of use such as excellent coloration and a softness or simplicity for drawing lines at the time of their application, and for maintaining the cosmetic effect. such as water resistance, avoidance of flow and avoidance of secondary attachment as well as stability over time of the applied film. As cosmetic products having, among the characteristics required, the ability to resist water, oil-based liquid cosmetic products are known (for example those of patent document 1 of the list below). As cosmetic products having a usage characteristic such as simplicity for drawing lines, water-based liquid cosmetic products are known (for example those of the patent document 2 of the list below). As cosmetic products with water resistance and mild use, liquid water-based cosmetic products in oil are known (for example those of the patent document 3 listed below). Although the types of liquid cosmetics are different, as described above, water-based cosmetics appear to be preferred from the point of view of their characteristic of use such as softness or simplicity for drawing lines. at the time of their application. However, it is difficult to improve the coloring characteristic or the maintenance of the cosmetic effect of liquid water-based cosmetic products. There is a problem of water resistance when a water-soluble dye which is highly soluble in water is used as a coloring agent, and an irregular color is easily obtained when a pigment is used. such as black iron oxide or carbon black since it is difficult to disperse the pigment uniformly in the water-based liquid cosmetic product. In addition, water-based cosmetics pose the problem that it is difficult to give them strong properties of long duration (water resistance, sebum resistance, rub resistance) so as to prevent the product Liquid cosmetic flows due to moisture such as tears or sebum or flaking off the cosmetic product film. As regards, for example, the durability characteristics of cosmetic products, a technique is proposed in patent document 4 of the following list of documents according to which a resistance to friction is obtained by a strong formed cosmetic film. by a film forming agent such as an emulsion of an alkyl acrylate copolymer (see, for example, Patent Document 4 of the following list). List of Patent Documents Patent Document 1: JP 2011-213633 A Patent Document 2: JP 2002-241233 A 10 Patent Document 3: JP 2009-161442 A Patent Document 4: JP 2007-153744 A [JP] 0007] However, cosmetic makeup products must have both the characteristic that the cosmetic film can be easily removed by washing and the characteristic of improved durability. Another improvement is desired in order to satisfy these contradictory characteristics at a high level even in the state of the art. Moreover, as a form of presentation of liquid cosmetic products, a bottle type for pouring the cosmetic product directly into a container, an automatic pen type to deliver the cosmetic product, etc. are known. The automatic pen type cosmetic products are provided with a fiber bundle impregnated with a cosmetic product or a filling part filled with a cosmetic product and an application part, and the cosmetic product is then delivered. by the action of the surface tension of the cosmetic product and the capillary phenomenon. Automatic pen-type cosmetics tend to be preferred from the point of view of use or the possibility of wearing them, and water-based cosmetics are particularly well compatible with the pen type. automatic. However, when the viscosity of the liquid cosmetic product to be impregnated or poured is too great, the quantity dispensed is insufficient because the cosmetic product does not move sufficiently towards the application part such as the tip of the a pen or is plugged in the application portion, and thus the writing characteristics tend to deteriorate. On the other hand, when the viscosity of the liquid cosmetic product is too low, there is easily the problem that the cosmetic product sinks when it is applied to the skin, that the cosmetic product leaks (leakage of a fluid) fiber bundle or application part, etc. [0009] The present invention has been developed in view of the circumstances set out above, and an object thereof is to provide a liquid cosmetic product which has excellent use characteristics such as the density of a line. drawn and the comfort of drawing a line, and which can deliver a sufficient quantity of liquid even when it is in the form of an automatic pen, and which can form a film of cosmetic product having both durability characteristics and the possibility of being removed by washing it. In order to achieve the object of the invention above, the invention provides a water-based cosmetic product comprising a film-forming agent, a coloring pigment and water, wherein a sulfonated polyester (A) and a polymer (B) containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer as constitutive unit are contained in a proportion of 2 to 11% by weight and 2 to 18% by weight, respectively, relative to a quantity Total of the cosmetic as a film-forming agent. In the present description, the film-forming agent content in the water-based liquid cosmetic product refers to the amount of film-forming agent in terms of solid content. [0012] According to the water-based liquid cosmetic product of the invention, excellent applicability such as the density of a drawn line and the comfort of pulling a line, is presented as well as a sufficient amount of liquid can be delivered even when the product is formed of the automatic pen type, and, likewise, a film of cosmetic product having both durability characteristics and the possibility of being removed by washing it can be formed having the configuration below. above. It is preferable, from the viewpoint of the possibility of removing the cosmetic film by washing it, that the liquid water-based cosmetic product of the invention contains a sulfonated copolyester of isophthalic acid as the component. (AT). In addition, it is preferable, from the point of view of rub resistance, water resistance and sebum resistance, that the cosmetic product contains one or more types of an acrylate copolymer. alkyl styrene, an alkyl acrylate copolymer or an alkyl acrylate-diacetone acrylamide copolymer as component (B). In accordance with the invention, it is possible to provide a liquid cosmetic product which has excellent use characteristics such as the density of a drawn line and the comfort of pulling a line, and which can delivering a sufficient quantity of liquid even when in the form of an automatic pen, and which can form a cosmetic product film having both durability characteristics and the possibility of being removed by washing it. The liquid cosmetic product according to the present embodiment of the invention comprises a film-forming agent, a coloring pigment and water, and contains, as a film forming agent, a sulfonated polyester (A) and a Polymer (B) containing an alkyl (meth) acrylate monomer as a constituent unit at 2 to 11% by weight and 2 to 18% by weight, respectively, based on a total amount of the cosmetic. Other features, details and advantages of the present invention will appear in the following explanatory description, an embodiment of the invention and examples given for information only and not limiting. According to the water-based liquid cosmetic product of the present embodiment, it is possible to form a cosmetic product film which has both durability characteristics and the possibility of being removed by washing it, a level that can not be achieved by mixing a single film-forming agent while simultaneously using different specific film forming agents at specific proportions. In addition, depending on the water-based liquid cosmetic product of the present embodiment, it is possible to form a cosmetic product film which exhibits sufficient water resistance even when a dispersant is mixed therein to disperse the product. dye pigment to obtain sufficient density of a drawn line without color inhomogeneity. Further, according to the liquid water-based cosmetic product of the present embodiment, it is possible to adjust the viscosity to a value at which both a sufficient delivered amount and the avoidance of the product sinking and that there are drops of liquid, can be obtained in the case of presenting the cosmetic product in the form of an automatic pen. The sulfonated polyester of component (A) refers to a polyester comprising an atom, sulfur, such as a sulfonated group (for example a group -SO3). In addition, the sulfonated group may form a salt with a metal ion of an alkali metal or the like, an ammonium ion or the like. The sulfonated polyesters may be used alone or in combination of two or more types thereof. In the present embodiment, a sulfonated co-polyester of isophthalic acid is preferable from the point of view of the possibility of removing the cosmetic film by washing. In addition, the sulfonated isophthalic acid co-polyester is more preferably isophthalic acid polyester, isophthalic acid having a sulfonated group, and a diol component having diethylene glycol and / or 1,4-cyclohexane nedimethanol. . [0020] It is possible to use commercially available products such as Eastman AQ38S Polymer, Eastman AQ55S Polymer, and Eastman AQ48 Ultra Polymer 15 (manufactured by Eastman Chemical Japan Ltd.) as the sulfonated polyester. The content of the component (A) in the liquid cosmetic product according to the present embodiment is from 2 to 11% by weight relative to the total mass of the cosmetic product, and preferably from 3 to 10% by weight. and even more preferably 4 to 10% by weight from the point of view of water resistance and the possibility of washing it off. On the other hand, it is difficult to obtain a sufficiently good possibility of removing it by washing, when the content of component (A) is less than 2% by weight and it is difficult to obtain sufficient water resistance. when it exceeds 11% by mass. As a polymer comprising, as a constitutional unit, an alkyl methacrylate monomer of the component (B), it is possible to use, for example, an alkyl acrylate-styrene copolymer, an acrylate copolymer of alkyl, an alkyl acrylate-diacetone acrylamide copolymer, an alkyl acrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer, an alkyl acrylate-acrylamide copolymer, an alkyloctylacrylamide acrylate copolymer and an alkyl acrylate-ammonium methacrylate copolymer.
